Baydon Over 760 feet above sea level, Baydon is found on the old Roman Road of Ermin Street that dips and sweeps through undulating countryside, rising to at Baydon. The total population of Baydon is approximately 530.
Aldbourne Aldbourne, situated in the north-east of Wiltshire, is a downland village of similar size to Ramsbury and is set in a chalk basin some 350 feet above sea level. Its name derives from the winterbourne which flows through the village.
Chilton Foliat Chilton Foliat is an ancient settlement, going back to Saxon times, and beyond. It is a small, typical, English country village, with many ancient houses.
Hungerford Hungerford is a busy, traditional, market town: there is an open market in the High Street each Wednesday. It is renowned for its many antique shops of specific interest to many visitors.
