It is important that members confirm their availability and, if selected, acknowledge their awareness in whatever notice format is chosen by the Captain. It is essential for the well-running of the club that all members regularly read notices displayed in the pavilion and immediately contact the Captain or his appointed replacement if unable to play after being selected for any match.

Club practice evenings are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings except when home matches are scheduled (start at 6.15 pm in May, August and September, 6.30 pm in June and July). Members will be notified of planned separate training evenings and weekends.
